They provided the smoked "brisket" and sausage for our company holiday meal. First off, none of it appeared to have been smoked. It looked like they cooked it in the oven. There wasn't the usual smoke flavor or ring on any of the meats. Second, I've never seen chopped brisket that looked more like chuck roast in my life. I could be wrong, but I've seen my share of brisket and it's never looked like potroast.

This place is great – we stopped in here recently for the first time just to check out the meat selection and didn’t realize that they cook and serve great BBQ! The lunch special was fantastic, and a great price ($5 on a Saturday, I believe it’s normally $6). The plate has one meat (pulled pork or beef) with a drink and two sides – they have macaroni salad, potato salad, coleslaw, and BBQ beans. The meat had great flavor and was very moist. The serving size was more than enough for a healthy appetite – they gave us a bun to make a sandwich with the meat and it was too much for one bun. For those stopping it for the meat – the selection and cut quality are great, and prices are very good. This is our new shopping location for meat.

I like to make my own boudin an sausage. I like Eric’s place because I like fresh ingredients, to make a quality products. Very nice people, customer service is spot on. While your in there say hi to Eric. The owner is awesome an will help you in every way.

We have been buying meat here forever. Everyone in there is always super friendly and helpful. The prices on their bundles are really good. I did have a little problem with my last bundle, but a quick message, a trip back up there, and the problem was solved with smiling faces. I highly recommend them!

These guys are the best. I am new to smoking meats. Brayden & another guy (didn't get his name) gave me some suggestions on smoking a trip tip beef roast. I took their advice & it turned out perfect. Thank you so much for high quality meats and awesome customer service.
