El servicio es horrible dijeron que la salida sería a las 11am y llegaron a las 10 am a tocar la puerta diciendo que ya tenian que hacer la limpieza les dijimos que saldríamos a las 11 y dijeron que estaba bien después a esa hora llegó un tipo tocando la puerta muy fuerte estaba y diciendo que teníamos a que irnos no nos dejó nisiquiera abrir la puerta el la abrió sin permiso eso fue demasiado molesto por que yo estaba cambiando a mi bebé y el solo abrió la puerta diciendo que ya nos fuéramos Y dentro de la a habitación la luz del baño no servía la televisión tampoco el teléfono estaba desconectado y había una abeja dentro del baño muy mal servicio

Stayed here for the weekend with me and my wife price is cheap and the rooms definitely reflect that. Made the mistake of not looking when we booked and got a smoking room so it's pretty disgusting in the room. Holes in the linens from cigarettes and smoke residue on ceilings and floor. Housekeeping is non existent everything is dirty from the shower to the floor to the linens to mirror to the sink not one clean thing in the room. We have a room with 2 beds and one of them is literally impossible to sleep on it is so hard ur better off sleeping on the floor . When u get on it the springs literally pop and sounds like it's bout to burst out the bed . The second bed is a little bit better but still after 2 nights me and the wife have pain in our neck and back it's so firm and again springs are popping and making noise when you try to move around. On the plus side there's no bugs the wifi is decent and the shower has really good pressure (massage feature helps relieve the stress from sleeping on the bricks of a bed) A/c unit works nice as well so it's decent and comfortable temperature in the room. Granted even though it's a smoking room and all the disgusting crap from that all over the room surprisingly there wasn't a severely strong smell. Location is right next to a nightclub and surprisingly as long as you have the AC unit running you actually can't hear them. Granted we stayed on the far side that was further away from the club but still. Overall 2/5 would not stay here again just due to the beds being so horrible and ruining our backs. If the beds were updated and even slightly more comfortable i would have said this location is easily a 3.5 star but the beds make it impossible to justify any higher. I'd say if you're on a budget and you really enjoy sleeping on a SUPER firm bed I'd stay here. Otherwise stay away not sure if all rooms are like this but I'm pretty positive they are. Sad disappointment.

The owner of the hotel is an awesome host. I stay for months at a time when I’m working in West Texas and he always does an amazing job with customer service and any sort of requests, Especially if you tell him you will be staying for an extended period of time. He caters to all his guests as valued customers

Upon checking in the first room was disgusting. Crumbs on the sheets, urin on the toilet, and smelt like animals. I went to to office requesting a different room and that room was MUCH WORSE. Roaches, mold, the air vents were so thick from not being cleaned it almost looks like a couch cushion. Plum FILTHY!!! After seeing a roach crossing the floor I went right back to the office to check out. I’m still waiting for my refund… too bad is won’t let me upload the video of the roach going across the floor.

Rooms are bed bugs and a/c flooded in the night has to move to another room everything was sucking my are closed the paperwork everything we had I feel horrible that she got fired shame shame on Red roof inn in San Angelo Texas shame on them

Ridiculous price for a room that was just disgusting, everywhere else was booked. If it wasn't for that we definitely would not have stayed here. The comforters were stained, the room smelt of mold. We literally thought someone would break into our car or our room. I don't understand how this place can stay open.

Person who took the pictures for the website better get paid cause they made the room look decent. Got here and the room had a smell, the bathroom looked like a wookie had a party with all the hair and knocked a few holes in the wall then shoved toilet paper in the holes to fix them. Light fixture from the bathroom was in the little closet area just laid on a shelf. The bed spread (more like paper) has what looks like tar and cigarette burns. The floor is disgusting. There's a Walmart down the street which is nice because went there to buy bleach, bleach wipes, room deodorizer and shower shoes. Ended up using the holey wash cloth in the room to make a makeshift mop to mop the floors with the bleach because my son refused to wear his shoes and I didn't want him getting some sort of fungus. Spent close to 2 hrs making it ok enough to feel like we weren't going to catch a disease. Bar on the property is super loud and the windows are thin so there's no way to sleep until it closes. Also the door lock that is usually at the top of the door was snapped off so either someone broke in before or they broke it because someone died in the room.
