I initially became aware of The Needle via my husband who used The Needles embroidery services to surprise me with beautifully embroidered customized wine bags for my winery.

Based on their exceptional work on the wine bags, I have used The Needle for additional apparel and custom embroidered products.

I highly recommend The Needle and the owners (husband & wife team) are extremely helpful, kind and go above and beyond to exceed customer's expectations!

The NEEDLE OWNER HAS ZERO INTEGRITY! He has lied to me as a customer since I paid for his services. I am very disappointed and disgusted by his business practices and the scams he imposed upon myself and I’m sure others. I went to the Needle off a referral from a my sister. She raved about the work they did for her and assured me and others this was a company to support. I drove from the other side of town to support a BLACK OWNED BUSINESS however I now regret it!

I originally went in to get a patch for a white jacket his assistant informed me they don’t do patches but embroidery and they could place my sorority shield on my jacket and other items. The young man said we have your shield already and that had a one day turn around. He asked did I have the jackets if not did I want to buy them from him I told him NO I would bring my own jackets in. I went the same day got the jackets and returned to pay for the service. The owner informed me they didn’t have the shield o would have to pay for a set up fee for the shield and I would get the PDF of the shield! I paid him for the PDF and the service fees to do the work. 2 months later I have gotten the runaround as to why he can’t give me my shield PDF like I paid for. I have contacted him several times and he says I don’t k on how to use email to send it to you!!! He is a liar and the truth is not in him and I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE HE USES POOR TACTICS!!!
ITS VERY SAD YOU CANNOT SUPPORT YOUR OWN PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY CANNOT BE HONEST AND TRY TO HUSTLE CUSTOMERS!!! His don’t like ugly!!!!
