Muy mala experiencia y la última porque no pienso comprar de nuevo sus productos Redwing después de usarlos aproximadamente 12 años en la empresa petrolera. Tengo aproximadamente 8 meses que compré unas botas weatherproof en este local de Katy comenzaron a mojarse por dentro y no me brindaron la mejor ayuda para aplicar una garantía óptima. No es una solución viable que uno tenga que enviar a prueba las botas para que ellos determinen si sirven o no sirven y tampoco es solución un cupón de 75$ donde un par de botas de ellos vale casi 300$. Unas botas que están relativamente buenas porque trato de darles el mejor uso posible para cuidarlas y que en tan corto tiempo comiencen a fallar y además sean irresponsables con la garantía de sus productos de mi parte compartiré mi experiencia lo más que pueda para que otros compañeros del rubro petrolero no pasen por esta mala experiencia con Redwing y el local de Katy Texas.

I came in to check out their sale section and although we couldn't make a boot purchase today, I left with an awesome pair of socks. I wanted to give a special thank you to Teahra for going over and beyond what most people do. I bought a boot and I’ve been wearing it for a short time and it’s been bothering me. I went in to talk to them, and she was very open and honest with me and helped me find the right boot the right size and sold me on something that I’m very happy with. She let me do an exchange and made an exception for me and for that I’m grateful. I have shopped in a lot of Red Wing stores, and I will tell you this one is best by far. 1st time in 20 years of using Red Wing boot stores that I've ever had to oil my own boots. Kid behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about and he said he'd been there 2 and 1/2 months.

Antonio killed it today! My last few experiences at Red Wing stores were forgettable to say the least. Today Antonio was friendly and very knowledgeable and was able to fine tune what I needed down to a couple of selections. On top of that he helped get me measurements on my feet that explain a lot of discomfort I have recently had with most of my foot ware. Today I got a great pair of boots and they fit perfectly! Thank you Antonio for the great service. I will be back!

I'm a small women who works in a blue collar field. I've been trying to find a pair of waterproof, steel toe or composite toe boots. i’ve been to at least 10 different stores with no luck.

This is the first store that not only had what I was looking for but also 3 different options for me to pick from. I found a pair of boots that I loved.

They also had the thing that could scan your foot and tell you the best insole for your shoes. Both of my parents have medical issues that limit them walking. The scan helped them pick out insoles that help correct how that walk. My mom tried hers on and I could immediately tell the difference because her poster changed so much. It was great to see.

Finally the people were great. They were super helpful, knew what they were talking about. They were very patient with my family Thank you so much!

Got in and out very quickly, the store was small and clean. Miranda was very helpful with the sizing information and alternative shoe options, will be a return customer for sure.

Update: Just about to hit 3 years with the shoes I bought from this location. I've walked 3,700 miles in that time and they are still holding strong. Very cool
