Donated many times before with no issues. Today I walked in and was rejected to donate by “supervisor” because she thinks I need a doctors note. Horrible customer service

I used to donate blood at drives in the community (churches, schools, etc). Now that I discovered this location I will never go back! The staff are well trained and seem happier here, not having to travel and set up at remote sites and their equipment is always right at hand. I have never been delayed for an appointment and when using Rapid Pass, I'm in & out in about 20 minutes. Comfortable environment and good snacks for post-donation. Highly recommend!!

Staff are always friendly. Never wait long to be taken in. The donation room is big with lots of chairs. The chairs are designed specifically for blood donation. Some Red Cross locations or drives have you lay on folding tables, but not here.

Went for a CPR class. Instructor was late. Only had one mannequin in each size and 1 AED for a whole class to demonstrate on. Most of the information she gave was not the same as the information in the online portion of the class either.
Example online said consider a child under 8 and 55lbs to use an AED like a pediatric patient. She said 10 and 65lbs ... anyway let's see how long for the cards now.

Giving blood was fine, no problems. However after the initial donation, they call me multiple times per week bordering on harassment.

Every time I go here it's always a very pleasant experience! The staff is very friendly and excellent at what they do. The snacks and drinks are nice afterwards too!
