This place destroyed my daughter's dress! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
There's no way the dress can be fixed because of how bad they stitched the zipper (I checked, even with a different alterations place). I'm so livid and disappointed.
It took two people multiple times searching to even find the dress at pick up. Then, they tried to explain away their f-up with the seams and zipper trying to say it's because of the dress itself. We brought it home, my daughter tried it on again, and we're able to find that they literally sewed the zipper off center and with one half of the dress higher than the other half. So when I expressed my concern while there, they gaslighted and lied to me. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is unacceptable, and I want my money back!

I needed to get my dress hemmed for a wedding and came upon red umbrella in DTLA. I was unfortunately on a bit of a time crunch but the employees were able to expedite my dress for me as I had an appointment later that day and was flying out of town for work so I didn’t have time to pick it up another day. Even tho I was rushing them the hem was perfect!! This was a great last minute find 🙂

My mom had bought a dress and took it here so they can make it her size. They said it would take a month. A month goes bye and they hadn’t done anything to the dress. So we had to come back in 3 hours in order to make it fit my mom. When they were done they had gotten the right measurements but still did the measurements ring . In other words, I wold not recommend this shop it is really horrible .

Horrible customer service, they misplaced my dress, they tried doing alterations on my dress that I did not ask for and almost gave my dress away to another customer. They said the dress would be ready in a week, called back a week later to find out they had not even worked on it. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.
Oh and make sure you check they returned everything. My dress was missing the shawl. They claimed it didn't come with one, only to be found later under all the clothes they had on a table.

great customer service, trustworthy, professional and speedy with alterations. once altered tried it on and fit perfectly. i would recommend them, especially if you need alterations done quickly and correctly that day. maria did our alterations and was the best as well as the store manager.

Brought my gown in to be let out. They told me they had to add an additional panel by the zipper in the back, but they didn’t even measure me. When I came back the gown was way too loose and I tried to tell them but they just rushed me out of the store without addressing my concerns. Waste of money. Do not recommend. Will never be back here.
