Why not clearly state that you are only open when people book a whole party. The thing people check is the opening hours. If it says that you're open, you expect someone to be there. Save the kids the disappointment and the ride into Puerto Banus for nothing for the parents. In a reaction to the comment of another angry parent you said something like "as clearly stated in our Google account'. I have looked for this and have not found it.

The venue can be rented for private parties. My son had an amazing birthday party there. There is a large area for the smaller kids to play as well, amazing kids play area, loads of toys, great sound system, and the owner was so nice and so helpful.

Amazing staff with an incredible attitude. We needed a break, the kids needed something to do with the poor weather; the provided both. Highly recommended!
