You usually don’t have too much choice when you’re traveling with pets, but the Best Western Red River Inn was adequate for a quick overnight stay with our cats. Their pet-friendly rooms are on the first floor which is a bonus. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room wasn’t the cleanest pet-friendly room we’ve stayed in but it didn’t smell and the floors for the most part were clean and hair-free (except for the tiniest of corners and along some of the base boards). The room was kind of noisy between the refrigerator vibrating and the bathroom vent flapping. There is a gas station right next door which made filling up the car a snap for the next morning’s travels. However, there’s not much around the hotel or in Clarendon in terms of restaurants with consistent hours. Sonic and Pizza Hut (right next to each other) are just about it. We might veer more toward Childress or Amarillo next time because there are definitely more dining options there.

Definitely would stay here again! The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed the pool, which was well stocked with pool towels! The breakfast was excellent, and I really like that it stays open until 10! Very helpful when traveling with little kids! My husband said it's probably the best hotel breakfast he's ever had! I also really enjoyed the coffee bar in the breakfast room!

We traveled in from Alabama, we arrived at the hotel around 11 am fully exhausted from the drive with a check in time of 3pm. The desk clerk was so sweet and let us check in early. The entire staff were so kind during our entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Zero complaints from us

I commute between TX and CO and stay at this hotel often. The staff is always helpful and do their best to accommodate their guests. The rooms are always clean. The full breakfast in the morning offers a great deal of variety and is always good especially the hot breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

this is a newer building. The parking lot was very well illuminated and the hallways and rooms did not have the common musky smell like older building have. it was neat and clean and quiet at night. I don't know of any other hotel in town that compares to this one.

Nathan was weird and he took forever to come out of the back room when I was trying to check in. But the guy in the morning was nice. And the person serving the breakfast was nice. The room was very comfortable and clean
