We went for a quiet meal out together and had a great time. The food was tasty, with a great atmosphere, and FLIPPIN HECK the service was phenomenal. The staff are patient and polite.

The food, OMG the food ! So good, we went for the all you can eat option and didn't regret it. Hot food, very yummy and the speed of service was the fastest I've encountered but an no stage did we feel rushed.

They very openly raise awareness of food waste and not ordering too much. A great approach from an aware, responsibility restaurant

Absolutely will be returning to this hidden gem and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Great visit and see you again soon

Amazing food and the staff are friendly. We went for my son's birthday. It was our first time eating here. Staff were lovely gave us plenty of time to eat and service was quick. Food is piping hot and made fresh. Couldn't fault them thanks

Lovely restaurant, food was good quality and exceptionally well priced. We ate from the all you can eat menu and the food was fresh and arrived quickly. Service was quick and friendly. Had a great emal and drinks for under £30 a head

They are located on the side street just behind wetherspoons pub.
We tried their " eat all you can banquet" for £19.90 per person from the banquet set menu, but it was extensive enough with the varieties available!
The food is freshly prepared and delicious ? and the portion is just right, so food is not wasted!
It's definitely a good value deal, and Miss Tammy and her service team were efficient and attentive during our meal.

Me and my family are regulars at Eastern Red. Tonight food was great as it always is. However, waitress tonight dropped a tray of drinks which when they hit the floor the drinks splashed up all over me and my son and all of the food. No one came over to ask if we were okay. After this we left and when paying the bill I asked for some money off due to being soaked. I was made out to be a liar when I asked for some money off. The waitress told the lady in charge that she had asked if we were okay and we said yes. Also that the drinks just went over the floor and no where else. No that really didn’t happen, my son and I got soaked and no one came to ask if we were okay. The table next to us was asked this question but that’s only because it was theiir drinks that had been dropped. Not only was I made out to be a liar, I ate my food whilst being all soaked down my right side and also my son. All they could offer was £5 off. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a takeaway from here several months ago and I would give that 5* no problem. Great food with generous portion sizes.

The dine in experience unfortunately didn't match it. The only menu option is the 'All you can eat for £18.50'. Pretty good, you might think, but the service was so extraordinarily slow I began to wonder if it was a deliberate ploy to stop you from ordering more. The food itself was nice, although my sweet and sour chicken was an insultingly small portion- it had about 4 pieces of chicken in it. If course, with it being 'All you can eat' you might wonder why I didn't simply order more, but at this point it was 9:30pm, and we had taken out seats at 6:15.... not only were the kids ready for bed, everyone was getting a little grumpy.

The Indian a few doors down was much nicer in my opinion.

Long story short- very good takeaway, reasonable food, poor table service.

Went here last night for the all you can eat, started off nice, but by the time we got to the mains the attitude of the staff seemed to change, the main meals where very small which is not a problem as you could just order as much as you wanted. As least that’s what your told, after the second order we where then pushed for ice cream we said no we would like some more food then the attitudes got worse. When we did get ice cream it was 1 single small scoop that was full of ice/crystals not nice at all.
Advertised as eat what you want but after not much at all they don’t want you to have any more
The food we had was very tasty and cooked right and not to expensive
