Their expertise, attention to detail, and unwavering support made the entire process not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable.

In the month leading up to our wedding, Michelle's guidance was invaluable. She was always available to answer our questions, offer advice, and calm any nerves we had along the way. Her knowledge of the industry is second to none, and her ability to turn our vague ideas into a beautifully cohesive vision was nothing short of remarkable. Michelle truly listened to what we wanted and brought it to life in ways we couldn't have imagined.

We can’t stop talking about the wedding, and all of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. They also said the setting was like a film set, an absolute dream and that’s down to you for taking our brief and helping us find our incredible venue in beautiful Taormina - it was the BEST day of our lives.

We were delighted to welcome Michelle and the Elegante team to Dorfold Hall in August 2021. Michelle was in constant communication with our team in the run up to her clients wedding and would always respond to our own queries with high efficiency. Michelle was incredibly helpful on the day itself and left us in no doubt that the wedding would run superbly with her at the helm. Fabulous - Michelle helped us with our wedding last month and we cannot thank her enough! From the earlier stages of planning and during the wedding itself, we felt totally at ease. Michelle was quick to respond to any queries, always had an answer and provided the advice and guidance that we didn't know we needed. We felt so relaxed on the day because of how on the ball everyone in her team was and every small detail was looked after. Mollie and Katherine were both fantastic and so helpful. As a fairly organised person, I didn't feel we would need to employ a Planner for my daughter's wedding. How wrong was I!!! This is 2024!! However, the next big question was How do you choose a Planner? Well by sheer luck, I asked the Caterer that I had chosen (Adam Nathan Catering) and he suggested Michelle Jacobs of Elegante by Michelle J. As I was by then a way down the line, Michelle offered me her Piccolo option. Still uncertain that I had done the right thing, she joined me on a site visit of our venue with the caterer and the florist and BANG!!!!!, Michelle went into action and I knew then and there that I had done the right thing with her thinking of things that I didn't even know were a thing, she pointed me in the right direction on so many issues. Fast forward to four weeks before the wedding, she then took over the reigns and knocked the whole wedding into shape, accessing suppliers that I couldn't even get to answer the phone or send me a quote. Everything fell into place, my stress levels came down to zero and Michelle left in the same puff of smoke as she arrived in, leaving four very able staff to manage the event for us on the day. It was unreal. Piccolo was amazing and really worked well for us and did everything it said on the tin and soooo much more. I can't recommend Michelle and her team highly enough. *

Finding words to describe Michelle would fail to come close to doing justice to how amazing she has been. She is the reason that our wedding was as amazing as it was and we could not recommend her more highly. She will forever be a part of our lives.

We started our wedding planning journey with Michelle a few years ago (Covid got in the way!) and were promised it was going to be a hug and not a handshake. This couldn't have been more accurate. From the first 'interview' Michelle quickly became our first choice as our wedding planner. How blessed were we to be able to have a wedding planner I already knew! 40+ years of a first class friendship were bound to lead to a first class occasion at our perfect venue, Dorfold Hall. Michelle didn't let me/us down. Michelle was very professional in her approach and left me with nothing to worry about.....but the weather, apparently that is always beyond her control, but it was the only thing!! I can't recommend her highly enough xxx
