Salon closed,never answer the phone,ignore messages, read messages and doesn't reply. My daughters eye lashes have been done multiple time by other members of staff at perfection previously and last 1 month plus. This time different member of staff. They lasted 48 hours. Eventually got a hold of someone in the salon said they would get the manger to call me back. They called back and said we will fix them at a discounted rate of £25 as they are usually £50. They have always been £30 from the start. Now going elsewhere to get them totally redone. Will not be back

Booked in to get highlights done on my hair. Arrived at the correct time to be told another stylist wasn't coming in today and my stylist had taken on all their clients for the day. Ended up being there for near enough 6 hours and didn't get seen until way past my appointment time. Also took my children in to get a cut but my oldest was a bit scared and the stylist just kept acting so annoyed and like she didn't have time for her. She kept saying ''I'm not going to get it cut properly because she wont stay still. She's gonna be all wonky'' and ''She doesn't concentrate very well does she'' which made me feel horrible. Won't be back and don't take you kids.

I went in last year so they can fix my hair as another hairdresser messed it up! So I went to perfections salon and asked them to fix it I ended up with the cut exactly the way I wanted it I also went back a few weeks ago and got another cut I was very happy with think I mite get my nails done next 😊! Nice ladies in there to 😊

I went to get lip filler a few times and treated horribly by Indea. She was so negligent and unprofessional. I went a few times and she was okay at first but kept on cancelling on me when I wanted the rest of the filler put in that I had paid for. She harrassed me when I asked for the rest of my filler put in my lips, I have never been treated this way from any clinic. She made me look like I was asking for free filler when I had already paid the full amount. I will never be getting my lips done from Indea again. A very foul mouthed individual.

I gk here at least 2times a month I have had the pleasure of having the girls do my eyebrows and lip line facial and have been treated very well. The girls have friendly conversation and include the clients in this .I like it wouldn't go anywhere else

The foul language the staff at this place use is beyond unprofessional and disgusting, its meant to be a professional salon but the second you enter all you see is the staff huddled around having personal conversations effing and blinding with no regard to clients. Will never come back, and language used absolutely shouldn't be an issue even if it's in Dundee, practice some decorum and self restraint when it comes to your foul mouths.

Indea is absolutely lovely and professional. The procedures were explained extremely well. She took time and effort, as well as having patience. Being a nurse, I noticed that indea’s aseptic and injection technique was of the highest standards. Love the result and no pain at all.

Extremely poor communication by staff and owner. Public reception area, used for a staff members supervision, while I was sitting waiting in that area, for my appointment. Salon looks shabby and in need of a deep clean and does not render confidence in a business that executes semi medical procedures. I won’t be back, ever.
