I really wish I could give 0 stars. My husband says he ordered traditional chicken and they gave him ghost pepper wings then argued with him about what traditional wings are. Finally just gave up going back and forth with the person. I am six month pregnant and said forget it. After eating a few wings, I realize the chicken is not fully cooked! Attempted to call and it goings directly to voicemail. This popeyes is a joke!

Everyone at this place was completely rude especially the person who handed me my food. The manager was rude as well told me my total and as i pulled out my card to pay walked away and this is why honestly I wish I could give it 0 stars right here look at my photo

So this location has been having its issues since the place first opened. I've only ever been here and actually ate about three times my first experience was horrible. The food is extremely high in cost. And 50/50 if your whole meal is actually going to be good and fresh tasting like it should be. I went to the drive-thru the lady was very nice, polite and she actually let me sit at the window and wait for my food instead of trying to tell me to pull into the lot next door to wait 30 minutes for somebody to bring it out. For that I'm proud.

Summer was in the drive thru and her speaker and window etiquette was awesome. She was extremely professional and friendly. I could tell her goal was to make sure I was satisfied and had a pleasant experience. And she succeeded. Then I got home and the chicken sandwich was amazing as well along with the fries and sweet tea. This is easily the best experience I've had at this location and at Popeyes in general. Keep up the great work!

The store was disgusting. They serve their customers while chicken. Their chicken smells like capital S word and they sell it to the customers only they’re walking freezers are disgusting. Dirty management is poor. They don’t train their employees correctly not one time do they even show a food, safety video or a video on how to train to cook the chicken. They just throw somebody in there and have them start working and they have to guess what to do They’re coolers are disgusting dirty dishes over and over stealing money from the store

This location has been a disaster since it opened. I decided to give it another try, since I had read on facebook that it was under new management. I absolutely regret going here again. I ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich large combo meal and they rang it up as a regular combo meal and then charged me for an extra side. The correct price for the order came up on the drive thru screen, but when I got to the window, they gave me a price that was $3.50 higher. I explained that this was a higher price than it showed on the drive thru screen. The employee proceeded to argue with me that it was the higher price. I went ahead and payed for it, because I did not have time to continue arguing with the employee.

The food quality is absolutely disgusting. The sandwich was cold and the chicken was dry and tough. The chicken on the sandwich was also very small. This is not the same Popeyes chicken sandwich that everyone loved so much a few years back. This was absolutely horrible and nearly inedible. The flavor of the two sides was ok, but both were cold and had to be heated in the microwave when I got home. I ordered a large cajun fry for my daughter and this was cold as well. All of the food that I got was cold and seemed as though it had been sitting out for awhile.

If you value your money and your health, avoid this Popeye's location at all costs.

I’m only giving a 1 star because I will never eat at this establishment again. I ordered a 5 piece 2 individual sides and 2 biscuits. The chicken was edible. A little hard. I order mashed potatoes, no gravy. They put gravy on it. I was supposed to get 2 legs, 1 breast 1 thigh 1 wing. I got no legs 2 breast 2 thighs 1 wing. No one told me they were out of legs. Which my grandson wants. And the cole slaw was blah. This place has been bad for quite some time but I’ve read on fb that it was under new management and to please give them a try. Nah! I’m good. Not spending my money here

Came here to pick up a mobile delivery order that was supposed to be done already, and they didn't even know they had one. Had to wait 15 minutes, at which time I used the restroom and noticed how nasty the place is, so I took some pictures. The guy waits for ten minutes and then asks me if the customer wanted to wait for the order or not... I told him I'm still here, so yes. Meanwhile the crew is just gossiping and laughing and having a great time, with trash cans overflowing everywhere, the bathroom needing attention and soap restocked, as well as tables unclean in lobby.
