My wife and I ordered the dinner for two (A) through Ubereats last night and everything was amazing, great taste and huge portions.

I requested some sauce packets and the business called me before sending it out to make sure they got me the right sauce that I requested, that shows that they actually care about the customer!

If you’re looking for Chinese food in the area, look no further.

Well called to order dinner. $5 for delivery not bad but then it turned bad. Planned to order over $40 worth of food however I was told they do not deliver combos for 1 person. Excuse me. I explained I would be ordering other items. Nope. I asked why with no explanation. So I said that they just lost a $40 plus order. Her reply, that's OK. Totally ignorant and unacceptable. Never again.

I really liked my Combo #2 dinner from Red Chopstix on Pelham Road. I phoned my order in and it was ready for pick up in less than 15 minutes. My meal included sweet and sour chicken balls, chow mein, chicken fried rice, egg roll and a fortune cookie. It’s a very generously sized meal, with plenty of leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch. Everything was hot and tasted fresh. Great value for under ten dollars.

My wife and I ordered separate combos for dinner. In my beef and broccoli were long hairs. I chocked, gagged and was sick.
Upon phoning them to advise of this experience the initial staff member responded with “eww” and passed me over to someone else. The gentleman was less than apologetic. He said “so…”…
Needless to say we will not be returning to Red Chopstix.. ever.
This was a disgusting experience and even worse and more disappointing was the disgraceful response from management.

Hidden Gem for your Chinese food cravings. Place is a simple take out spot but the portions are generous and the food is good! Not many places still around that serves up a good Chinese food for a good price. Wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had. But Def in the top spots in niagara to get.

The food was delicious overall, but the rice could have used more chicken and vegetables. The Cantonese chow mein lacked sauce, meat, and vegetables. The mixed vegetables sauce with beef was very watery. I would order from them again if I was in the area.
