Service was very quick and very friendly. A bit costly for what was provided as a key was not even made…. I locked myself out of the house by accidentally locking the door handle and not having the key on me. Everyone I’ve spoken to stated that for what I was charged, I should have been given a new key. Instead I had to search my entire house for two days to find the lost key. Still grateful for the service and that they operate 24/7!!!!

256 dollars to get into my apartment. Not to make keys! Just to pop the lock and let me in after loosing my keys in a blizzard. Because life wasn't stressful enough? Because money isn't tight enough? And I'm obviously having a terrible day and the guy who came to let me in went back to his van and called his boss because I wasn't sweet as apple pie. Sorry. It's not a good day! But instead of understanding that, he went and whined to his boss. Ridiculous. Not impressed. Only used this company because my property management wouldn't come out after hours. 256 dollars later and I can't leave my apartment. Would have been nice is that 256 included a new set of keys!

My keyfob was stolen and I couldn’t get in my car or drive it. I called Red Key Llc and they came right to me, he was there in less then 30 minutes and I had a new key fob and was driving in less then an hour!!! Excellent customer service and I would recommend to everyone 1000 times over!

Needed one of those “special” keys so we’d have a backup for my daughter’s car.. in and out in 10min with a flawless copy! A bit less expensive than others who quoted me +++ Great service Recommended.

The guy that came out was extremely kind and respectful. I was very stressed over how much I was charged, especially since I wasn’t given an idea of how much I was paying for the service before they sent their employee to my location. I ended up paying 103 dollars for getting my car unlocked that took literally a minute to complete and they didn’t have to travel very far to reach me either. It was 95 before tax for what the guy claimed was the cost for the transportation to my location which was 20 minutes away. I can get the same service done for free with the help of the police or fire department.

I called for auto lockout service and found other locksmiths closed until after the new year. RedKey was answered quickly and had someone to me within 30 minutes. The technician took only a minute or so to unlock the van. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me was the price. It was $95 for them to come out plus $30 in labor plus tax, so $135. To me it was a little steep.

Red Key arrived at my home the next morning after my call as promised. The gentleman was polite, courteous, and professional. He had my locked fixed in under 15 minutes, while another company refused the job as they said ‘they do not “deal” with my type of lock’. I’m thrilled that they refused. Red Key gets my endorsement as a respectable business.
