Worst service ever pre book a taxi the night before and it’s confirmed in the app. 5 mins after taxi due I call to be told I’m sorry I have none available was going to call you ! I had to get my daughter out of bed at 5 am so I did not miss my train to London. Poor service - doesn’t even deserve 1 star

Was on a train and phoned asking for a taxi from Motherwell station (I have an English accent). They asked me which train station and I said, "Motherwell. The main station. I'm travelling from Preston." They said "There are two stations in Motherwell so which one?" I said, "the main station. It's just called 'Motherwell'..." they said, "If you can't name it, we're not coming" and said I can call back if I found out the name. Had also said they had no idea what I was saying/asking at one point. Turned out there's a taxi rank out the front of the station so no need to use them.

Taxi turned up late and when I called up to find out what was going on I was told the taxi was 5 minutes away. After waiting a further 15 minutes I called again and was hung up on after giving my name.

After waiting 40 minutes past the original booked time it turned up. The driver was polite enough and got us to our location but I doubt I will rely on this company again.

I needed a taxi and they sent on but it was no good for my rallator which a lot better than most, so they sent another. This time it was the same sort of car, so I said to the driver sorry mate but your car is much the same as the last one and he couldn't get the rallator in. He said don't worry I will get it in, at first he said no, then he said yes just release the back seat and it was in. The driver was very helpful and talked all the way to my stop which was in Hamilton. He ask if I would be coming back and said to call back and he would come back a collect me. I didn't get go call back but all in all a very good service.

Used this company on Thursday when Airbles Road was closed. Driver was great. Dropped me off to pick up my own car and took time to give me directions to get away from the all the traffic. Will definitely use again. Cannot thank the driver enough. Staff on phones were lovely too ⭐️

Good, I actually cancelled my ordered cab as was going with someone else, but I had to call back and book the original taxi. This wasn't a problem and the taxi arrived on time and taken me to my destination. Again on the return journey given red line a all and a taxi was there.

Waited nearly an hour and a half for a taxi from another company at 4am. I phoned back a couple of times and was told i was "at the top of the list" and I'd have taxi soon but at 5:20am my friend suggested trying Redline.

I originally didn't think to phone Redline as they're a Motherwell company and I was in Netherton. When I eventually phoned the guy who answered couldn't have been nicer and I was in a taxi and home within 15 mins of my call. Driver was an absolute gem, very friendly and assured me I could phone them from Wishaw in future. I'll be using them from now on. Highly recommend ?
