Un hotel ubicado cerca del Katy mills ( puedes ir caminando) con bastantes sitio donde comer . Cerca de salida para Dallas por la 99 . Buen servicio, habitación amplia, toallas y ropa de cama limpias. Recomendado . Desayuno gratis

SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME & DON'T STAY HERE! ...We reserved online & paid for the King Suite room with kitchenette. We went to the room & saw it wasn't the king suite with kitchenette. Asked for refund, change room & none was given. Asked for room to be cleaned & we left for a few hours only to find room was not cleaned & no one at front desk. The front desk clerk doesn't check ID of anyone asking for a room key card. My husband arrived sometime after me & walked up to front desk requesting a room key card whom the clerk never saw or met before & he was given a room key card to my room. Anyone could've gotten a key card to my room & entered it. Definitely NOT a safe nor secure place to stay. The room we were given was filthy, had stains on the floor & markings on back of door(view photos), it didn't have the kitchenette. We left & didn't stay there & wound up staying somewhere else, waste of our money & our time! Very disappointing. Hotel was in a good location near restaurants & stores.

Very nice hotel , lobby is very nice looking, staff is friendly, plenty of parking, and pretty affordable compared to other hotels in the area. My only issues was the computer was down when I was trying to check in but luckily I did it online but I still had to wait for my key bc of the network, and the ac/heater unit was kinda of damaged but it still worked, otherwise I definitely recommend this hotel .
