Everything was great; the food, the service. The dragon shrimp which I had never had before was awesome, just enough spice. And the salmon bowl was superb, as usually.

My guests also enjoyed the two lobster tails.

So why one star? I eat at red lobster every few weeks and I love accumulating rewards. But in my last visit to the West Palm Beach, my credits never got registered, even after I scanned my receipt and had to manually enter the receipt code. Week later no credit to my account.

Online ordering system is very glitchy. Repeatedly rejected payment with explanation. Phoned in and reached call center and they said online orders could not exceed $200 (really!?). Was transferred to local restaurant, put on hold, then disconnected. After three more phone calls I finally got through to local restaurant order taker. Took an hour just to get an order in. Meanwhile my 88 year old mother in law waited at the hospital for a special lobster dinner. In the end she very much enjoyed the good, so credit is due there.

Terrible tasting food!
Shrimp pasta had a hair in it!! A hair!! The shrimp still had the hard tail attached IN THE PASTA!!
Ordered side of coleslaw.
Had to ask server where it was?!
Ordered a side Rock Lobster tail..nothing but pure rubber!!
Never got drinks for 15 minutes!! Why!!!!
Paid bill..wrong receipt!!
A different waitress took our receipt to a different table!!
Where are the floor managers Management not visible ..not once!!!
Will never return to this establishment!!!
Red Lobster gone down hill !! No longer a good place to go out eat & relax.
Never here again!!
You've lost our business!!

Have gone to Red Lobster for many years. Have noticed a decline in the food last few meals. Last night decided we would never return again. Basically because of the food, although the service was awful as well. Always get coconut shrimp. The shrimp hardly had any coconut and under cooked. The sauce served with was thin, like watered down. The shrimp with Alfredo sauce was served with shrimp with the tails on. Who wants to stick their fingers in Alfredo sauce to remove the tail? I'm done with Red Lobster....good riddings. Much better places to go for seafood. I'm sure they will be out of business soon.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely horrific experience dining at the Red Lobster on colonial drive in Orlando fl. Where do I start…. Seated to our table by Shaquanda after waiting 10 minutes, place was empty which was a bad sign to begin. Ordered some appetizers which were all cold. Ordered dinner most of it was burnt and inedible. Wil not be returning

I went to Red Libster on US 19 in St.petersburg it was empty and no one waiting us finally 20 minutes later a server git our order. Our food came out ice cold. So I figured it was an off day. I went back a week later same thing. I tried it again today its been 1 month I sat and waited 15min for anyone to take my order after 2o minutes I left. I spend on an average 100 to 150 for 2 people here with giant 30% tips. But I won't be back.

Ordered food online. Waited 30 minutes after pickup time. Got home and food was cold, not prepared as specified. One supervisor said I will replace food and refund cost. The chef said bring my food back and I will refund the money. Replaced the pasta meals but the lobster meal needed to be returned to get a new meal, not the pasta meals though. Reassured that I would get a refund. Called back today. "I saw no reason to give you a refund anymore because I gave you the food" Stopped talking to yell at an employee in kitchen "get out, you are making unnecessary meals just get out" Wow, I would not want to work for Sam.
