As a former nurse the facility is understaffed throughout the year. My grandparents were also residents here on multiple occasions for varying lengths of time up to a year. The care is always the same, some nurses love their patients others are there simply for a paycheck. The good ones never stick around or cant be kept due to lack of CNAs and DONs

I am currently a graduate student in a victim studies program. I am writing a 10 page paper over this facility. My meme was a patient here for about a week. Was left for hours begging for help and pressing the call button for assistance to the bathroom. She was denied a shower due to not having a trash bag for her leg cast. She was treated like she was not human. This breaks my heart. It smelt of urine and she was up all night hearing desperate screams. If anyone has a loved one here, please save them. APS should be contacted. This place is out of a horror movie.

First of all they have a great maintenance man Andre he came in right on time much appreciated...they have a beautiful staff Bernice and Bird in administration, The amazing superwomen Latonya, Annette, Diane, Teresa, Kelly, Sina, Elouise, and Florence what amazing CNA'S... That beautiful weekend receptionist that was so helpful with a smile ?

After looking at several nursing homes I placed my family member in Red Oak Health & Reh almost 6 months ago, thus far this place have exceed my expectations. My family member have received great care from the staff since arriving. Everyone that I have encountered in these 6 months have always welcomed my family and I with a warm smile as we visited our love one. The administrator and the nursing director are very open when I visit and truly gives a detail report of my love one. Her and her staff provides such amazing care and a well kept building. I'm very proud that I chose this facility.

If I could put zero stars on here, definitely would!
This facility is so horrible as far as it goes with patients care.
Some of the aides are just so rude and very unprofessional!
Some of the nursing staff also, but who’s to really blame for this situation is the management staff!!!
I WOULD NEVER EVER REFER NO ONE TO THIS NASTY AND HORRIBLE FACILITY FOR THERE LOVE ONES!!!

About 2 months ago, my family & I placed my Grandmother in Red Oak Health & Rehabilitation. It was one of the best decisions we’ve made. I can’t brag enough on the amazing nursing staff at Red Oak Health. They treated my Grandmother as if she was their own. They genuinely cared for her and made her feel comfortable during her stay. For that, myself along with my family would like to send our thanks !

The Red oak facility is so sad they Want answers the number to the facility. I called for over twenty minutes no (answering) no response. That so so sad.
You need to check on love one and no one answer the phone. That’s so unprofessional and disappointing. They need to have a meeting to address this matter.SO SO SO pitiful
I pray Red Oak Facility address this matter.
