My wife, daughter and I went for lunch yesterday; it was great. First visit since new ownership. We all felt the food was very good and fresh, and presentations were nice. The service was more than perfect: very family or date friendly since there are 2 sides of the restaurant. We even got to test a future dish for the specials menu, and my daughter received a nice small gift from the owners. We highly recommend.

Ordered take out here based on reviews and it was absolutely worth it! I thought everything was reasonably priced and tasted great!! Will definitely be back, this is our new go-to spot for delicious sushi when we’re in town! We ordered a basic Philly roll, Alaska roll, shrimp tempura rolls, and a few specialty ones: Hawaiian, Sakura, blue ocean, tuna amazing rolls. Also did the seaweed salad, gyoza, miso soup, and stuffed jalapeño. 10/10 recommend, I am considering a second round before we leave!!

Found this restaurant as a recommendation on a local Facebook group. We decided to give it a try. The restaurant is clean. The service is excellent. All of the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. All of us were very satisfied with our meals. They give you a lot of food and we all had leftovers to take home. This is a hidden Sarasota gem. I highly recommend and we will be back.

Born and raised next tot the ocean and this sushi is hands down THE BEST I’ve had in YEARS! Do not miss out on this place!! Even if you have to drive an extra 15 or 20 minutes to get over to this restaurant, it’s definitely worth it compared to all the other sushi places. The prices are so reasonable as well, some of the best I’ve seen for sushi,

The service was AMAZING and the food was top notch, we’ll be making the hour drive to come back for sure. Don’t let the little strip mall fool you this place should be 2x as expensive for the quality of food, atmosphere and service.

Seriously the best sushi in Sarasota. The quality of ingrediants and SKILL of sushi chef is unmatched. Prices are incredibly reasonable too (and youre not eating 80% rice). I tell everyone I know about this place. The menu is vast with options as well. When dining in I've never seen more beautiful presentations. If you haven't been here go go go!

I never leave reviews but this place is so worth leaving one. The service was amazing and she was so kind and talked us out of ordering things we wouldn’t have liked lol! The food was the freshest sushi I’ve had. Period. Get the escolar if you like sashimi. Plus, they went above and beyond to make our experience great. They gave us a free appetizer for no reason, and they gave both my sister and I extra pieces of sashimi. Then to top it all off, they came through with free ice cream at the end. What a lovely place!

We came here for the first time with friends who are are regulars. This is a nice family run business. I got the sushi sashimi combo. Fish was very fresh. My wife got the teriyaki shrimp which was a little on the peppery side. Our friends got rolls. I got the miso soup which was a little on the bitter side, maybe too much miso. They were short a sushi chef so I waited a longer time for my food but the chef did send over a complimentary sashimi appetizer. We will come again and bring friends.
