I have made a few purchases from Red River Arenas and have always been happy from what I have received...the quality of the items themselves, as well as the delivery-service and communication throughout the process. They make it easy for one-stop shopping/delivery and have fair, competitive prices. Their Customer Service is quick-to-respond, friendly & professional (thank you, Tricia!) and I will buy again from them in the future.

Horrible customer service and extremely mean. Be prepared to be told your "incompetent" need a "lesson in shopping" and much more. They apparently have very strict terms and conditions that appear if you go to you cart, however in checking out with ShopPay you are never given the opportunity to see these terms and their response is that it's a flaw in ShopPay but still applicable even though there is nothing signed because it was never provided. They will send you a follow up email to sign, stating they will not schedule your delivery until signed and acknowledging you must be able to remove the 2,000# item from the truck, but that's also a lie, if you don't sign it they will schedule and send out your order anyway or at least that what they say and then hit you with ridiculous restocking fees if you need to cancel. Interestingly though, when following up on my estimated delivery Ive now been told that my product is not actually on the truck and the truck is delayed and it will be loaded on Friday. Some of the girls I spoke to were very nice. Tricia, the VP, was horrible. Not good business practices at all. Hopefully the product itself is not a reflection of this experience as I have very much been looking forward to our new round pen.

They promised us a 7 day delivery time and we specifically ordered from them because they said they could have it in that time frame. Yet here we are 1 month from placing our order and we have nothing.

We had to call them 3 times asking what is the deal with our order. Seemed to have the oh well attitude after we spent of $39,006 on an arena.

Needless to say, don't believe them when they say they have everything in stock and can deliver right away.

My mom and dad Heath and Brandy Williams have one getting delivered tomorrow and they said that yall were the nicest people! They said y’all showed them around the whole place and y’all were very professional! These people are the best! My dad really loved the panels and chute! I’m just now getting started in team roping but these people and their company are going to help me follow my dreams. That’s what they really care about too! Thank y’all!

This is a family own and operated buisness,very friendly employees,they have very reasonable and good prices,its interesting walking through the buildings and seeing the work they do on your way out to the yard to see the finished product,this is our store! Go by and check them out!.
