Una de las habitaciones que rentamos estaba sucia. El personal del hotel no quiso darnos otro cuarto limpio, y nisiquiera quisieron limpiarlo ni hacerse responsable de su cuarto sucio con sabanas sucias y todo. Tan fácil fue para ellos darnos la opción de regresar el dinero sin importarles si teníamos lugar para dormir oh no. Su trato muy déspota y grosero del personal. Deberían de revisar los cuartos que esténrentables. Con sabanas, fundas y toallas limpias antes de rentarlos.!. Asegurarse de dar un buen servicio. Y no un cuarto todo sucio hasta con basura en los cuartos.

You get what you pay for, and I paid $100 a night, and it showed. The guy in the lobby was super friendly and took care of me quick. The room was what you'd expect. Small, no fridge, but exactly what $100 should get you.

I wasn't expecting to come in and find chocolates on my pillow, and instead found 3 yellow jackets hanging around. Was able to shoo them out of the door pretty quick. The door looked like it had been kicked in more than once, but it had a dead bolt, and the cool little privacy bar, although the frame was so loose I'm sure another good kick could let someone in. But again, if I'm spending $100 on a room am I even worth robbing?

Toilet paper? You'd think for $100 a night it'd be sand paper but boy was I surprised. It was at least 2 ply and pretty soft. Definitely wasn't expecting that.

The bed was clean, pillows were a little weird though. It was like 3 couch pillows. 1 super fluffy, 1 like a normal pillow, and one that felt like it was filled with ripped up pieces of memory foam. Pretty great cuz you can pick the pillow that suits you.

Overall it did what I needed it to do. I was officiating a wedding and needed a place to crash drunk, without breaking the bank.

Do not stay here.
That's my bathroom door which couldn't close.
Light over my bed doesn't work.
Window curtain doesn't fully close because of missing hooks.
Baseboard falling apart.
And Bedbugs! Confirmed by Urgent Care. Manager notified and was less than helpful. He promised to call me at the end of the day to resolve this and he never called. Now it's in the hands of Red Roof corporate office and the Hamburg health inspector.
Again...Do not stay here.
Filthy dump.

As of September 20, I am still waiting for a refund. No reply from the hotel manager and nothing from the Red Roof corporate office.

As of October 19, The Better Business Bureau has no response from the hotel or Red Roof Corporate office. The Hamburg NY Health Office has also attempted to inspect the dump, but no luck.

Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Red Roof Inn Buffalo -Hamburg I 90 NY||Nov 2024||Our experience at the RedRoof hotel was not satisfactory. Despite making a reservation more than a month in advance, and again confirming 24 hours in advance, requesting specific accommodations because of ADA and dogs, i.e. rooms on ground floor, & adjacent they were not available as indicated. The hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities, and we encountered issues such as dirty unswept floors, broken outlets, insufficient linen for number of guests, and lack of housekeeping service without a 24-hour advance request, nonfunctioning TVs & remotes. There were hazards in the hotel parking lot such as improper cigarette disposal and trash. Another guest reported to us they found roaches and called NY Board of Health. Additionally, there was no coffee available during the length of our stay in the lobby despite checking at different times. The only positive aspect of our stay was the food and service at the nearby restaurant, The Waterstone Grill. |One of the poorest quality RedRoof Inns we have stayed at.

Surprised how good this place was considering the reviews! Our airbnb fell through needed something last minute and comfort inn/holiday inn were booked full. The rooms were clean and smelled great, no frills which is what I expected for a red roof. Had working cold ac, well insulated room didn't hear any neighbors. No bugs, clean sheets. Very satisfied!

They now charge $15 for a second pet. Still in need of some TLC, doors that need painting etc, but much better than when these new owners first acquired the motel. There seem to be new bathroom fixtures. The toilet room light does not automatically turn on the fan which is terrific, because half the time the fans were broken and noisy. There weren’t any unhoused semi-permanent residents visible. There’s lots of grassy areas to walk one’s dog. Clean and convenient outside doors for easy loading of pets and kids. Moderately priced.
