(#218) I’m not sure where the negative reviews come from, but my experience was great! The rooms are spacious, equipped with updated televisions, and the air conditioning works well. There are plenty of outlets next to the bed for charging devices. They even provide complimentary coffee, cups, and trays for ice. The light fixtures are modern, and the bed is on the firmer side. The room was clean, with no stained bed sheets and fresh pillowcases. The bathroom includes hand soap for washing hands, and there’s a dispenser for bathing soap and shampoo in the shower. The sink is also modern. By the way, checkout time is at 11 A.M.

Heck to the nah. This place was disgusting. The hallways stank like chips & urine, the rooms were DIRTY.
I found a baby bottle cap beside the bed next to the window that had crusted over that looked like it dated back to 500 B.C. which let you know they do not clean the rooms at all.
The shower curtains were so dirty you could see hand prints on them.
There was a roach trap in the bathroom out in the open.
There was a freaking dead rat in the parking lot that looked weeks old.
The towels were crusty, frayed & scratchy.

We will never come back here.

I visit Texas every year to see my ma. Picked this one time trying to save money instead of the Best Western which is where we ended up staying. We went, it was gross and dirty. People were nice enough. No channels on tv no access to anything and the pillows were dirty. The location is good cause Burleson is pretty safe. Please don't disappoint yourself. The did refund me for the rest of my stay but I did have to pay the one night we went to the room for 10 minutes. I ddin't see any bugs while there so the rooms get a 2.

Worst smelling hotel that I have EVER been in. Everything smelled bad. The animal smell was unbearable. There was cat litter in the hall way constantly. The lobby smelled just as bad as the hallway. This is an animal friendly hotel and it smelled like it in the worst way. Unfortunately we stayed on a game weekend and all other hotels were booked so we couldn’t find somewhere else to stay. Didn’t eat breakfast here because we couldn’t trust it was sanitary with all our other concerns.

Rooms very clean. Staff very polite. Good location close to shops restaurants in the highway . Highly recommend for anyone needing a place to stay for a couple of nights or vacation

It isn't a bad place to stay for 1 night. The employees are nice & it was located in the area we wanted to stay in. The room was a bit dirty. The remote was filthy & there was a cigarette burn in our comforter. There were multiple bugs & a little poison dispenser behind the sink. The hallway also smelled like weed. Also note that there isn't an elevator. We didn't have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.
Good things, hot water & cold AC in the room.

Rooms are in need of repair. Air conditioner barely kept us below 80, but there were working ones in the hallway. So, the one in the room either needs repair, or it was purposefully set to not run at the displayed temperature.

Breakfast was meh. We asked if they had meat or eggs and they said yes. When we got there just after 8, there was one, sad, pig in a blanket.

For the money, it was fine, but you should know what you’re getting.

We checked-in around midnight and the process was easy. Their setup is they have a window like drive thru where you have to tell them your info, they do not allow people immediately to go inside so you require to stay outside until they got your card then you will be asked to get in.

We got our room, it was a superior king room. We were so tired and just want to relax, but as a habit we check everything from bed to toilet. The bed was a disaster, at first glance you will see that it was a good looking white then when you looked at it there's yellow stain from bed sheet to the pillow case. Then the towel in the toilet was a fighting color of white and stain.

We went to the lobby and ask for new sheet but they offer a new room. The new room have a better sheet but the comforter have a small yellow stain and the refrigerator was not cleaned fully.

And I would like to add the smell of the carpet in the hallway, I was glad that the room have a hard floor so it lessen the smell. It was a rough night that supposed to be just a rest it ends up with stress.

We were supposed to stay for two nights but we left the day after our checked-in.

Note that when you call to your (their) call center you do not have any option to get refund unless you talk to the lobbyist of the hotel.

Internet was good - I think that's what I can just say good.
