We went to Auto Options to have an alarm system installed into our car. From the first phone call we felt confident in their ability to do what we wanted. In addition to the alarm system, we wanted to be able to open and close the windows by the remote. They were successful to accomplish all we wanted done and they did it with professionalism and integrity. Plus, you can normally judge a business by its cleanliness and let me tell you the woman who cleans the shop and restroom does a fantastic job!!

I called to make an appointment to have my windows tinted. Customer service seem to be lacking. After getting a quote for window tint, I asked who tints the windows and how long has he been working for them. He (Jeff) responded while he was trying to look for availability to schedule. While he was checking availability, he suddenly said “do you wanna know Who owns it too?” Quickly followed with an appointment slot option As if he was trying to skim past his comment. I asked if that question was for me and he said yes. It was like I annoyed him by asking questions. My thought is if that’s how my interactions is going to be just to make an appointment I can’t imagine how service would actually be. Needless to say I did not make an appointment or will I ever use their business.

This business takes customer service SERIOUSLY! I had some work done to my SUV and I could not have asked for a better outcome. I'm not sure that I would give a business a one-star for an employee trying and failing to be funny on a call, but I will give a five-star review for the work performed, which is what REALLY counts!

These guys are great! Had a front base plate mounted and wired for flat towing. George the main installer made me feel confident he was going to do a good job and a good job they did. Pricing was reasonable. Couldn’t think of going anywhere else.
