This company doesn’t care about its customers! They are more into making sales than worrying about their customers! James Shirley declined to let me speak to the supervisor Joshua Placo and then hung up me! He laughed at my during the conversation and also declined to let me speak to Human Resources so that I could voice my opinions and while he had my on hold he hung up on me and will not answer my calls. If this is how the company treats its customer I will advise other store owner’s and businesses people to look for an alternative because you will never receive what you order and they will not assist you either! James Shirley is not a good rep and he doesn’t know how to listen to the customer. Don’t shop with this company!!

Driver parked in handicap spot and was there for at least 20 minutes. This parking area is narrow to begin with, and he made it even more dangerous. Handicap parking spots are not for delivery trucks. Shame on you.

Unprofessional driver!!!! Making a delivery and taking up BOTH HANDICAP parking spaces. Nose of truck sticking out so far that they impeded traffic…. Driver clearly is lazy and should have parked on the side of the building to make their delivery.

This driver for SGWS blocked me in at a parking lot. He wasn't in a parking space, nor making a delivery. I kindly asked him to move his truck, but he refused and ignored me repeatedly. But I was still blocked in! I waited over 25 minutes and an adjacent car that was in a parking space moved to let my vehicle out.

The driver should be fired. He probably shouldn't even have a license. With people like this at an organization that are intentionally rude and disrespectful to others, there's no way I'm ever going to buy wines from this unprofessional company. Shop elsewhere! This company is full of jerks!

I didn’t get delivery after I called lot. No any positive steps, this is glazers problem not my, maybe I will get delivery after two week Hopefully , what’s a poor customer service, I hate this distributor.

I am a store owner was contact our sales representative and also his manger regarding the delivery issue that i did not received my product. I understand that there is a driver shortage but that doesn’t mean you gonna delivered us after a month. any ways i contact them and they have no clue about the order that sales rep place its been two week and i did not heard any thing from them.

Fast loading with in 30 mins. Loading guy was very nice to me. He
re-arranged the pallets for me.
Note:- If your dispatcher gives this add. (9350 E Point Dr.) to pickup, go to this add. (9353 Center Point Dr, Houston, TX 77054) for out-bond Shipping and Receiving. This is the same company. Here you can park your truck and make turns, but on other place you can"t.

Routinely Lose Barrel Picks can't get deliveries right. Why when someone is at the the end of a delivery schedule and isn't getting their products would you not move them to the front of the delivery list. That simple logic, worst run distribution group in the USA.
