We overall had a great experience at Weber Ford in Granite City! Through some back and forth we were able to purchase our new Ford Expedition Max. Our sales man Luke Ramos was great to work with. Very patient and kind as we initially brought out 3 girls with us. Luke was very determined to help make everything work for us.

I needed a truck and Luke Ramos did a great job helping me get the truck I needed. I give Luke a 5 star rating. Only reason I gave the dealer a 4 star rating is because I thought a few things were overlooked before selling a used truck, like having a taillight out, and a battery cable full.of corrosion. But overall I'm still a happy customer. I went back to have a bed liner sprayed in and new fender guards.installed and then they fixed my issues no problems and got me looking good. He relayed info over text throughout the process, drastically reducing the time needed to spend at the dealership. Once we arrived, we just needed to test drive the truck and sign the papers. Luke and Chad were fantastic! Chad kept me updated on when my truck was arriving and Luke showed me the truck and answered all the questions I hadn't asked Chad. I feel I got a good deal and very happy with the truck
