Wolf and Wine catering is super AWESOME!!!! Their food is super delicious! From the hors d'oeuvres, to the appetizer soup, and into the main course it was all amazing! Every course came out fresh and hot. All my guests enjoy the food so much, especially their lamb pop! "These lamb pops are to die for" is what I heard throughout most of the night. 😀
Daniel, the owner of Wolf and Wine is also very helpful and supportive. I explained to him that I come from a very traditional family and one of the things that we must have is the crab-meat eggs drop soup for a wedding. Daniel was so accommodating and considerate, he and the team worked together to come up with their own soup recipe and it was sooooo GOOD! On top of that, Daniel was the life-saver for our big day. He went way over beyond to make sure our venue's reception hall is presentable and fit to the theme that I envision. From the table setting linens, napkins, plates, and floral decorations for the buffet tables he made it all happen for us.
His staff are also very nice and fun! They serve all of my guests with a warming smile and did such an amazing job! Choosing Wolf and Wine was one for the best decisions we made for our wedding day.

Daniel runs an incredible restaurant and catering business. He recently catered our wedding and our guests raved about the reception, and rightfully so. He payed attention to the menu and ensured it fit with our vision. Classic and flavorful. His restaurant menu is also phenomenal, as we’ve been a couple of times. Each time we were impressed. Lastly, I appreciate his honesty and genuineness, and that the welcomes and embraces guests and couples of all walks of life when it comes to catering weddings.

Daniel and his team are amazing. First, I live in Los Angeles and I was planning my mom's 80th birthday party in Houston. Through every email, every text and every phone call I always felt like he was down the street. He makes the planning process easy.

I was working with a really tight budget and Daniel helped to create an amazingly creative menu that everyone just loved. There was depth and variety; something for everyones tastebuds. He and his team made everything right there on site, so each item was fresh. Everyone raved about the food!

He and his team went above and beyond to make sure we did as little as possible, just enjoy the food!! His staff was extremely attentive and responsive, even serving my mom and her friends at their table (even though it was a buffet). They helped us set the tables, even though it wasn't in the plan.

Every step of the way Daniel was there to answer every question and consider every suggestion to make sure the food was filling and tasty and the set up was classy, yet casual. I highly recommend Wolfe & Wine Co. to anyone looking for a caterer your next event.

We didn't expect to get SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on how good the food was from our wedding guests. I think 90% of our guests raved about how good the food was.

Plus, Daniel, the owner, was absolutely AMAZING to work with. On the day of the wedding, we ran into a few hiccups with some other vendors that he didn't even have anything to do with - and he stepped up and SOLVED OUR PROBLEMS FOR US. You have no idea how much easier that made our day, and how much that de-stressed my extremely stressed out fiancée.

He proactively reached out to our florist, our linen vendor, and our venue to coordinate with them to make sure things weren't all "someone else's problem", and that made things run so much more smoothly the day of.

On the day of the wedding? First vendor there, last vendor out - and you could tell he and his staff were working HARD all day, but he still found the time during the reception to make sure we specifically had our food - and if there was anything he could do to improve the experience for us or any of our guests.

And he was so flexible about putting up with some of our indecisiveness regarding things on our wedding menu while we l planning it (buffet vs seated dinner, different menu options, even different cuisine types). I can easily see other vendors being like "you know what? You can't tell me one day you want steak and the next day you want asian food. I can't keep pricing a million different options for you" - but Daniel was just like "Okay, sounds good, I'll see what I can do"

I honestly can't recommend Daniel Wolfe enough. The absolute best vendor we worked with, and the best possible caterer we could have possibly chosen.

We decided to go with Wolfe & Wine Co for our wedding as a last minute decision. It was the best decision we made. The food was exceptionally delicious and every single guest at our wedding complimented it. I tackled planning the wedding on my own and Daniel made the whole process very easy. He responded quickly to any question I had with professionalism and great knowledge of his industry. We were so blown away with how great it was, that we went to his restaurant (City Cellars) for seconds the day after our wedding! We hired Daniel to cater our daughters wedding at Jennings’s Trace on October 23rd, 2021. Daniel immediately put us at ease with his attitude of ‘I don’t want you to worry about anything!’…and we didn’t. Daniel handled every detail with ease and a smile. His attention to detail and willingness to bring our dream wedding to fruition was impeccable!! Daniel
was available for all phone calls and came to linen and venue appointments. Our menu included appetizers, salad, rolls, chicken, beef tenderloin, au gratin potatoes, and asparagus. All was delicious and garnered many compliments from our guests! My daughter did not want a traditional wedding cake and opted for a mini donut set-up which Daniel was able to book for us. We had an unusual request for batter fried cheese curds which needed to be flown in from Wisconsin . Daniel handled all of the logistics for this and stored these at his restaurant until we needed them. Daniel also had connections to get a stage for our band. I laughed and asked him to get a Ferris wheel and he said he could make that happen if we wanted one! Daniel is so pleasant to work with!! He puts your worries to rest and just does a phenomenal job! I would 100% use Daniel again for any of our catering needs!!

Wolfe & Wine is an incredible company! The Katy ISD NJROTC Booster Club hired Daniel and his outstanding company to help us pull off our 1st Navy Ball in 3 years. This was needing to be extra special for our hard working cadets that have had to miss this event the last several years due to COVID. Daniel went out of his way to help us prioritize for our budget and pull of an impressive event! Every guest was impressed with how fresh and delicious the food was. This IS NOT banquet food! This is restaurant fresh, quality food served to over 150 guests piping hot and perfectly cooked! Thank you Wolfe & Wine for all you do and for being INCREDIBLE!
